It’s been a busy time here in Alaska this spring. The birds are all home and twitter-pated. I was sitting with my back to the door working when I heard a knock and turned to see this beautiful girl letting me know she was here.
I’ve also been working on the greenhouse, garden and even had three loads of gravel hauled in to spruce up my yard. 🙂 My neighbor came over with his loader and spread out two of the loads and now I have one left to move around the yard. After about 10 wheelbarrow fulls…I’m wishing I only had him drop 1/2 a load for me to move. But I’ll get there… One load at a time over the summer.
I’m also still working on my place at Bruce Lake and excited that I now have the foundation squared up, poured and ready to start framing 🙂 Now to get the material list and lumber bid…
