Thanks for stopping by.  I am a born and raised Alaskan, freelance writer and life coach. I also provide Non-Profit consulting services (current Executive Director for the Alaska Avalanche Information Center) as well as other non-profit groups by request.

I write monthly columns for Alaska Coast Magazine (Safety Matters,) Alaska Snowrider, and Make a Scene / The People’s Paper.

I maintain several blogs; Pathway for Health; the journey of my injury and stem-cell recovery; U Rock Safety; for out-door education and safety tips, and Adventuring – the story of my incredible ‘Fairy Godfather’ and motorhome gift.

My articles also shows up regularly in other publications, mostly around Alaska these days. I have had my stories published locally, nationally and internationally while writing for Outside and X-TREME Magazine back in the 1990’s.

I now also host weekend retreats at my office home in Wasilla, Alaska. These workshops include a host of activities from Art Projects to Wilderness Hikes. Next event is scheduled for Saturday, August 4-5. This workshop is Balancing Life with Art and will feature the coaching and work of Sandra Falkner. Learn more or register here.

I hope you enjoy my stories and life work. Please let me know how I might be of service to you for your next writing or non-profit project.
