NASHVILLE – HENDERSONVILLE, TN. – November 26th

Avery

Nummy, Nummy breakfast with Nana

This week I have been enjoying a wonderful visit with my son, his family and my awesome, amazing granddaughter Avery.

So happy I had the opportunity to come for a visit. I have even gotten the chance to get out and hike on the trails around Allen’s  house most everyday so keeping in shape for skiing which is coming soon.  Allen and Stacey have offered a storage home for Henri2 at the end of the season so I may be coming back for another visit. Guess I’ll see how this winter goes. For today, I’m remembering Bruce, who left our lives with love and memories 27 years ago Nov. 26th at 5:15pm, and thankful for the children he blessed me with, and now our beautiful granddaughter which I’m sad he never got the chance to hold in his arms. I know he’s proud of his family and watching over us.

This is Allen’s home and the trails on the property next door.

This same night Allen and Stacey fulfilled a long-time dream of mine and took me to see the Rockettes Christmas Show. It was awesome and brought back lots of memories of the days when I used to perform with the Janice Rene Dance Company.

Check out lots more photos HERE!   I feel blessed and oh so lucky.
