Nine weeks since my Stem Cell treatment and I made it back on skis. Although today, two days later, I’m still letting my legs rest and recovery. Have to admit I’m out of shape but what a day. I swear I skied better than I have in my life, although probably more conservative. I’m now just trying to figure out how to download my video file so I can share one of my runs. I felt so amazing and happy. I will always be grateful for Stem Cells that can help you heal after you’ve been told your only hope is a total hip replacement.
I owe a big thanks to Dr. Robert Cohen and the entire staff at Healthlink Medical Centers in California.
For this week and the next few weeks, I’ll be living without phone and internet everyday so won’t be able to post much. But I’m going to be writing stories to share when I can get online. I encourage everyone to catch my monthly columns in Alaska Coast, Snowrider and Make A Scene.
Until next time, get outdoors and have fun safely.
